My surname is Wasson. At one point and time, somewhere prior to 1701, my ancesters last name was Wason. For some unknown reason they changed their surname to Wasson.
I have many descendents of a James Wason in my family tree. James Wason(1675-1728). He was from Ireland. No mention of spouse's name.
He had four children:

Isabel Wasson (____-____)
Margaret Wasson (____-____)
They were born in Ballymena, Antrim County, Ireland.
