I have just posted a message to the Washabaugh Forum. A tip was included at the end of that message suggesting I post a message to the states of Virginia, Kentucky and Pennsylvania. I tried, but was unsuccessful in reaching either of those three states other than the note that "1 match was found." I could not get to that match.
Can someone help me, please?
