Melissa; I've been interested in the Wash family for about 25yrs. I discovered my ggmother was Anotia Wash b. in Ky about 1870 dau of Bishop A. Wash. I interviewed a cousin Guy Wash living at that time in Covington, In. about 1977. He was an interesting man, he stated to me that the Wash line had been traced back to Edinburg, Scotland. I've never verified that but here was a Wash that had heard that passed to him. So for what its worth, thats what old world info I have at this time.. Keep up the fight..
