I am just getting into the New Jersey, IN and PA lines of Warrick and do not want to get side tracked onto an incorrect ancestor. My sister-in-law has Annie Warrick that married Dixi Tooley in Concordia Parish LA and Annie was d/of Hiram Mendenhall Warrick (born IN)and Martha Barthena McClure. He was son of Richard and Jane Mendenhall Owen Warrick. Hiram and Martha had four daughters in 11 years of marriage and he died before the 1880 census. She remarried and children's names were listed as Worick and it took me a while to sort that all out. But all daughters married in Concordia/Catahoula area and lived their lives there. Richard was living with his daughter last census(1880) at age 60 and stated he was born NJ. Isaac was living in Catahoula Parish as well and he was born NJ and had children born IN. There is also a William Warrick that got a land deed in 1845 in Ouachita Parish which is not too distant.
So far I have not been able to place Richard, Isaac and William with a set of parents that lived NJ and PA and IN --any help appreciated. This seems to be a line not worked; as on the Forum searches have come up blank except for one mention by Robert Warrick in a post.
In the 1860 census I cannot find Richard, Hiram families any place on Ancestry. In 1870 they are living next door and Hiram has just married and has first child in Catahoula Parish. He was dead by 1880.
