Hi Roy

I think there may be a connection somewhere. My Grandfather William Warrender was born in Brightside, Sheffield in February 1906. He had an older brother named Harry and an older brother named Herbert. He also had five sisters; Agnes, Annie, Ethel, Alice and Lucy - all older.

Their father was Herbert Warrender born in 1862 and he married Emma Page from Banbury, Oxford. Herberts father was Alfred and he was born around 1832.

My mother has been doing the geneology and so far this is all the information we have.
It might be worth looking into whether your father was perhaps a cousin of my grandfather.

I would be very interested if you find anything.

Regards

Sara Turner
