"This deed made and entered into this 11th day of March 1864 between F.L. Warren, Joel B. Warren, John Warren, C.W. Warren, William Shiplet, James T. Shiplet & Jane Shiplet, the last two heirs of Wm & Eliza Shiplet decd., formerly Eliza Warren, Eliza Ann & Mahala Emaline Warren, infant heirs of Charles Warren decd. , Charles Warren, infant heir of James F. Warren decd., and Vice Warren, widow of James F. Warren decd., heirs at large and legal representatives of Mathew Warren decd, by John E. Casson Commissioner of the Pulaski Circuit Court of the first part and Andrew Warren of the second part.
"Witnesseth that whereas under a judgement of the Pulaski Circuit Court rendered in the suit in Chancery therein pending in the name of Andrew Warren & Co. against C.W. Warren & others at its Sept Term 1860, the tract of land or farm lying on the waters of Line Creek in the County of Pulaski and State of Kentucky known as the Martha Warren farm was sold by John Crawford Commissioner and Andrew Warren became the purchaser thereof at the price of $850 eight hundred and fifty dollars and executed bond for same, and he having appointed the said John E. Casson a Commissioner to convey for and on behalf of said heris doth hereby in consideration of the premises aforesaid convey to the said Andrew Warren and his heris and assigns forever the tract of 150 acres of land which is situated in the County of Pulaski on the waters of Line Creek the same patented to Mathew Warren [unreadable word] by patent from Commonwealth of Kentucky said patent is refered to bearing date June 12th 1837 for boundary &c.;
"To have and to hold to him the said Andrew Warren and his heirs and assigns forever the said tract of land with its apportenances.
"And the said heirs above named to the [unreadable word] of assetts to them from the estate of the said Mathew Warren decd but no further are hereby bound to warrant and forever defend the said Andrew Warren a good and valid title to said tract of land. In witness whereof the said John E. Casson Commissioner as aforesaid has hereunto subscribed his name the day and year first above written.
