Here is what I have found

"Born in Watertown Mass Sept 17 1751, helped raise a company of Militia and served as First Lieutenant in Col. John Nixon's Regt; desperately wounded in the battle of Bunker Hill and left for dead, but survived his wounds, although disabled for life; was a cousin of Gen Joseph Warren who was killed at Bunker Hill"......Chas. Elliot Warren

This info came from the register of the Empire State Society of the Sons of the American Revolution.
