Ralph, I've been working on the children of Phillip and Rebecca Sisk Jenkins from Cocke County, TN. They supposedly had a son named Thomas John or John Thomas (or maybe just John). I believe he married Cynthia Ann Waters maybe in McMinn Co. They had a son William m. Mary Ann Long. These are my husband's gg and gggrandfathers. Do you have this information in your records? Sorry I'm replying to a 2002 query. Do any of these names ring a bell? I've heard that Cynthia Waters was Cherokee. Hope you can help. Emma Gail Watts Jenkins,
