4th Tennessee Militia Moses Easterly Greene Co TN

I havd 3 letters written by my ancestor Moses Easterly. They are dated two in Dec 1814 and 1 in Jan 1815. He tells of leaving upper east Tennessee going to New Orleans. One is written in Rhea Co TN and one at Lookout Mountain. Also some where in Alabama where they are building boats to go down the Tallapoosa River. The next is at Fort Claiborne stating that they are going to Fort Jackson. From what I have read this group got there too late and the General Coulter got into trouble. The Tennesee State site that gives the unit history says they were turned loose in Mobile. Does anyone know anything else about this unit? Moses was with Colonel Bayless serving in Cpt Jones' company. Are there rosters? Are there military records for each man? I would appreciate help so much.
