I have the booklet, "THE LOYAL AMERICANS OF NEW ENGLAND AND NEW YORK FOUNDERS OF THE TOWNSHIPS OF LOWER CANADA", published by Brome County Historical Society, 2001. The subtitle is "The Windham County Loyalists During the American Revolution" and includes townships near the Vermont_Quebec border in the Eastern Township.

Sorry, I do not have any information on New Brunswick. J., volunteer
