Starting Sept. 30, 2014, Genealogy.com will be making a big change. GenForum message boards, Family Tree Maker homepages, and the most popular articles will be preserved in a read-only format, while several other features will no longer be available, including member subscriptions and the Shop.

Here is what the notation says:
"DR Feb 16 I (?) R. Mch (March?) 15/15 Present Casualty Roll April 1815 Intitled to Hon. Discharge Discharged at Norfork Mch (March?)20/15: term exp'd see pen. case"
There are no numbers following See Pen. Case.
Do you think NARA would have a file on him?
Thank you for responding to my earlier question.
Judith K. Arthur
