20th Regiment of Infantry under Capt. William S. Jett

My ancestor, William C. Turner, is listed on Ancestry.com as being enlisted by Captain Reuben Crawford in Albemarle County, Virginia on 9 June 1813 or 1814. His town of enlistment was Liberty, Virginia and he is listed as being in the company of Captain William S. Jett. He is listed as being on the casualty roll April 1815 and was entitled to an Honorable Discharge. The notation says: See pen. case
Where would I find that pension case? I have looked up the pensions, but he is not listed. He died in Warren County, KY in 1835 and if he received a land grant, I cannot find it.
I would appreciate any help.
