Capt Richard Booker-Col. Thomas Mann Randolph-22nd & 20th regiments?

MY great-great grandfather John Tarlton Fleming served in the War of 1812 with the above-named regiments in Canada...I have had difficulty finding out much info about them: the 22nd U.S. regiment commanded by Capt. Richard Booker and 20th regiment of the the U.S. Infantry commanded by Col. Thomas Mann Randolph. Ironically Thomas Mann Randolph is one or our family's Randolph cousins...(John Tarlton Fleming's mother was Mary Randolph-daughter of William Randolph and Maria Judith Page.)
Does anyone know anything about the above-named regiments?
