What other information are you looking for?

Godwin received 160 acres of land for being in the US Army. I did not see his land warrant on Ancestry.com. Apparently, he sold his warrant to someone else.

The Records of Men Enlisted is the best source for an ancester's service during the War of 1812. The army did not consolidate the records of servicemen during this war as they did during the Civil War.
