Eric, thank you very, very much. Hercules was my ggg-grandfather. I have copies (partial?) military records and did not realize anyone but Hercules was transferred to the 1st Rifle Regiment. And it states that Jeremiah Sr. was left sick in Buffalo on 3/Nov 1813. Reckon he recovered well enough to be mortally wounded in December.

Most of all, I appreciate the chance to finally locate Jeremiah Sr.'s grave. Just in time for Memorial Day.
