Dear Eric,
Thank you so much for all of your help about George Lee.. Your answer clarifies some questions I have had and I will now be able to look further and hopefully find some more information. I have a paper that states he died, etc. in it, the family declares he died in service and left no will. A son-in-law was made Executor of his estate-and may have then been made guardian over the youngest children-will check more for that information. And perhaps now we can get further info on his military service,too. If I find more will post again on here.
