Thank you for your reply. Yes I believe that he would have been my father's uncle. I'm listing my grandparents information below. Also, a long time ago, I wrote down names and dates from gravestones that might or might not be helpful to you. I don't know who they are. My grandparents Harlan Tine Warmack Born 5/15/1884 Died 3/9/1940 Married Maude Richardson Born May 22, 1890 Died 3/29/1977 I think the following are the parents of Harlan- A J Warmack 6/31/1850 die 6/28/1933 Tine Harlan Warmack 4/20/1862 died 6/14/1940 I know this doesn’t sound like a woman, but I seem to remember them calling Daddy’s grandmother Tine. Sara Aurelia Hall -- daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John Hall (Julia Warmack Hall sister of Harlan) 2/19/23 to 3/19/26 I don’t know who these people were, but they are buried with the above people C. L. Warmack born 2/19/1846 died 8/21/1907 Ellen 6/3/1858 died 8/21/1898 Johnson Warmack 3/19/1812 died 4/1/1889 Sarah wife of John 2/9/1821 died 10/6/1882 Also, the other day I found a web site (www.warmack.com) that says that the warmacks were from Scotland, the MacRae clan. They say the earliest documented Warmack was William Seignor Warmack in the 1700's. It might be of interest to you. I'd appreciate your letting me know of your findings.
