Patricia:I have some information but can't verify it as it is by word of mouth only.I"m from the OK. Warhursts--My mother was Zylpha Warhurst/Archer-James Anderson-Archibald Archer,Timothy. When she was a girl in Blackwell, OK. some Londonsoliciters contacted her grandfather and father to locate and verify Timothy's heirs. They had the log which was used by Timothy on his trip over on the sailship. The Warhurst's were wine merchants and left an inheritance.Needless to say, with all of the many Warhurst offspring there wasn't all that much to go around. At that time, Mother was going with the son of the OK lawyer who handled this end, and she ended up with the log written in old English and my grandfather with some of the extra papers. He moved to Grandfield ,Ok. where he had 2 brothers and while there, his home was wiped out by a "cyclone".No one was badly hurt, as they had a cellar, but few things were usable, everythingwas lost except some pictures. One picture which was found on top of the barn was a picture about 2 by 3 ft--a charcoal drawing of James A. and Rufina Warhurst on a photodone by a photographer mounted in an ornate gilded frame, altho it showed the effects of the storm, it was usable and hung in my grandfather's room.I have a degree in art and resurrected the frame about 25 yrs. ago.I wish now I had listened better to some of my grandfather's stories, and to the story mother told me of the old English log.She was a teacher, so it was something she cherished, and hated losing it. I didn't mean to ramble on so.I wish I could remember the name of the lawyer, but that ought to be on file somewhere in London--about 1915.Kay
