Ware's Chapel question: Simon & Bessie Ware

I am researching, for my son, my ex-husband's family genealogy. The mother of (now deceased) ex-husband was a Ware from Ware's Chapel near the AR-LA state line. Her father was Simon S. Ware and he was married to a cousin of his named Bessie (I don't know her surname or the exact relationship, before their marriage). I can't find anything in the trees at Ancestry.com. Do you have anything that could help me get started? Like who were the beginnings of the Wares at Wares Chapel, or further back up their line? Anything at all tell me or send me would be appreciated.
