I have just finished reading a book on the strange murder case from Maine of Sarah Ware. She was beheaded in 1898, and her murder has gone unsolved. Sarah married into the Ware family, Charles Sr. was a Spiritualist, Civil War Vet, undertaker, in Bucksport, Maine.
