What is the exact URL for this site?I was unable to find a "colonialct.com" or "...org" etc.
Obviously no one born in 1515 in Great Britain settled in America.Sir Walter Raleigh's colony was the first English settlement in what's now the United States, and it did not endure. The Plymouth Colony, initiated in 1620, was the first permanent settlement in New England. To my knowledge, it had no Wardwells. They came in the Great Migration, which began in 1629 and continued over the next decade.
Lists of passengers for most of the Great Migration boats have not survived. Thus, it may not be possible to say anything more precise about the immigration William and Thomas Wardwell that they arrived between 1629 and 1632.
