Brooklyn Standard Union obit of 10-28-1918. Ceceila Mary WARDELL, born at College Point, June 8, 1894, a daughter of
Ernest and the late Lena LIEBERMAN LINDERMAN, a pioneer College Point family, and the founders of the Lutheran Church at that place, died yesterday at her home, 560 Eastern Parkway, after a brief illness. She was a graduate of the public school and College Point Commercial School,
and had been a resident of Brooklyn and member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church for the past eight years. In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband, Joseph H. WARDELL, Jr.; two sons, Joseph, 3rd, William, and one daughter,Gertrude; three sisters and two brothers. Funeral services at her late residence tomorrow at 2 P.M. Interment in the family plot at Evergreen Cemetery under direction of William DUNIGAN & Son, 201 Park avenue.
