Thank you Dorothy for replying to my query. I would be interested in comparing genealogy information on Charles E. WARDELL family and his ancestors and descendants. Do you have information about Lucille WARDELL ROBERSON CARUSO, Thelma WARDELL VINCENT, and Charles Leslie WARDELL? I have no(date)information on them. I'd also be interested in information regarding the seventh child Collen if you wish to share.
I have been working on tracing the WARDELL's in Schuyler Co. IL. trying to connect my G.G. Grandfather John M. WARDELL (ROGERS) to this WARDELL lineage. I believe I'm on the right track especially since I found in Palm Cemetery near Rushville, IL. has Samuel WARDELL (1814-1864) is buried there, along side is a broken tombstone which the only readable inscription is ROGERS. Also buried there are surnames JAMES, POST, and RIDING. In addition, the BLACK family marries in with the GOLLIHER family. Do you have any information on a ROGERS connection? Have you ever heard of the Schuyler County WARDELL's being related to the WARDELL's in Macon County, Missouri or the state of New York?
Please do not assume all information I have is correct. I have collected information from others who been kind enough to share with me (which is occasionally conflicting) and unverified by me personally.
I would appreciate if we correspond privately. My email address is [email protected]
