When Mrs. Rigler wrote her book in 1984, she did not know that Anna Wannemacher was a sister to Bernhard & Conrad. She discovered the family in Northern Kraichgau, Baden Wurtemburg Land(state)after the book was published. The Asbach Reformed Church Book, Asbach, Germany family register dated 1709 (at the beginning of the register) does not even list Anna's marriage. It simply says she was born 11/20/1724 to Hans Bernhard Wannemacher and Maria Barbara Kuch. Anna is their oldest child.

Bernhard came to America in 1738 on the Ship Elizabeth. Anna would only have been 14.

Bernhard went from Philadelphia to New Hanover Twp., now Montgomery Co., PA. His brothers were already there. Were the Hollars in that area?
