This is Kurt Wanamaker from Lansing Michigan. I'm not related to this F L Wanamaker, however I have made several inquiries on your behalf. There were several core Wanamaker families in Michigan: regions like Detroit, Ann Arbor, Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids and Mason county. (My Wanamaker family first arrive in Detroit in May of 1919)
Help me out if you can. Tell me if there is anything in this civil record that indicates specifically that this is Michigan? I don't recognize Henninin, although probably the H could look like W's and B's.
If this is a civil record from 1908, like a marriage or property record, is there any other names listed, like a government official? I wonder too if there is a township or county name listed on this document?
