Isaac and James Wamsley, 1850-80, OH>IN

On James J. Wamsley's death certificate his parents are listed as Isaac Wamsley b. Indiana, his mother Elizabeth Arnold. James married Alice Batterton in McClean Co.IL. On the 1850 Wabash Co.,IN census I find a Isaac Wamsley 53 born Ohio with wife Elizabeth 49 born PA. They have the following children:
Lawrence 21, Isaac V. 12, Jasper 10, Rebecca 8,Jethro 1 or 6 all born IN. Wilmina Fisher 18 b. PA living in household. I believe the 12 year old Isaac V. is James J. father. Can anyone help with this family, any and all clues appreciated. Especially need the place and date of the marriage between Isaac Wamsley and Elizabeth Arnold. Thank you!
