HANNAH & MARY WAMPOLE/WAMBOLDT HORN, PA

HANNAH & MARY WAMBOLDT/WAMPOLE married twin brothers, SAMUEL & DAVID HORN, 1778-1852. Wampoles & Horns moved from Chester Co.PA to Clearfield Co.PA where they raised their families. Did either have a daughter Margaret, perhaps Mary Margaret? I have not seen her listed with David's children. Samuel supposedly had four daughters, including Elizabeth & Sarah. Could Margaret have been one of the others? Or did David have a Margaret? These are the only Horn families in the area.

MARGARET HORN, my g-g-grandmother, married ALEXANDER McCONNELL, a neighbor of David Horn, after 1830, had three children (George, Barbara & Mary Margaret), died before 1840. I know nothing more about her.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? I would appreciate any help. Please e-mail me at ewpring@aol.com. Thank you.

Elizabeth Prine
