Ann Jane Rivers married Isaac R. Walton on August 22, 1837 in Hall County, Georgia. On June 12, 1838 her father, Joseph Rivers, conveyed 4 Gainesville town lots to Mrs. Ann Jane Walton of Morgan County.
1840 census shows one male between 60 & 70 and one female between 20 & 30 in the household of Isaac R. Walton in Morgan County, Georgia.
In Sept. 1845, Peter W. Walton is appointed administrator for the estate of Isaac Walton deceased. Peter advertises and sells the house on the four town lots in April, 1846 but doesn't record the deed in Hall County until Nov. 1851. Anyone have more information about Ann Jane?
