Names and dates aren't perfect match but since my ggrandfather (Sigmund M Walther b1821) came from Kulmbach, Bavaria, Germany in 1837 and first settled in Louisville, KY., I wonder if there could be a connection. He moved on to Missouri for a time and then lived his life out in Nauvoo, IL where he died in 1901. I do not know any brothers, sisters, or parents names but would LIKE TO. Thanks.
