Joe....You may have this info already, but it appears Willie died in Bay County, Florida (Panama City ?) from an entry I found on Ancestry.com. Perhaps finding his obituary would help you. Here is a volunteer in Bay County who might be able to assist with that.

Here is the contact info for the library in Panama City. They might be able to help you with Linnie's obituary since it is so recent, but probably Willie's, too. Linnie's obituary would most likely help you the most as far as their children and where they lived in 2004.
