This is a long-shot but why not ? My great-grands (Walsh) were born around the same time, and I had the opportunity to visit their cemetery in Ireland, Co. Kilkenny, The Rower (tiny town), its Catholic Church, Our Lady, and cemetery. saw more than one William Walsh and just perused some photos for info: one tombstone: Anastasia Walsh (Ballinacoth) died 2nd Feb. 1916 and her husband, William, died 1st Jan. 1936 (also their children Edward, Nancy, Patrick, Mary) another: James Walsh, Ballylogue died 9th July 1971 aged 82 and wife Mary (nee Power) died 25 July 1970 aged 62 and their son, William Walsh died 13th Sept. 1952 aged 17 and next tomb to the above: John Walsh in memory of his father Michael Walsh Ballylogue who died 16 June 1883 (or 85) aged 68; also mother Catherine died 12 Jan. 1893 aged 75. another: John Walsh Cullintra died 14 Feb. 1964 aged 87 Anyway, I digress too much. The Priest at Our Lady Church, The Rower, Co. Kilkenny might be able to help. I visited another cemetary in The Rower with Walsh graves as well. I can't recall if it were Protestant or another Catholic. Notify Administrator about this message?
