Marilyn "Lee" Carr Marilyn "Lee" Carr was called to Heaven Nov. 16, 2007. Her family has arranged for a viewing to be held Friday, Nov. 23, 2007 from 5 until 8 p.m. at Summers Funeral Homes, Ustick Chapel. A graveside service will be held at Dry Creek Cemetery on Saturday, Nov. 24, 2007 at 2 p.m. Services are under the direction of Summers Funeral Homes, Ustick Chapel. She was born in Bend, Ore. on Feb. 13, 1926 to Ernest and Lucille Walrath. She married Millard Carr on Nov. 18, 1941 and started their life together. They shared the love of the outdoors and spent time hunting, fishing and rock hunting in Idaho. When not enjoying the great outdoors, she worked as a LPN at St. Luke's and a school bus driver for the Meridian School District. She was our driving instructor, our fishing coach, our family photographer, our mother, grandmother, sister, dear friend and our 'Auntie Lee'. We will miss her very much. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, three brothers, two sisters, her son Rod and daughter Kris. She is survived her daughter and son-in-law Laurie and Robert, sister Evelyn Bowman, Grandchildren Shawn (Tonya) Carr, Jason Carr, Pvt Robin Carr, Crystal (Kevin) Kemp, five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews of whom she loved dearly. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Idaho Humane Society, 4775 Dorman St. in Boise, Idaho.
