Caesar (Ceefor) Walpole, b. by 1663; d. by 7 Nov 1715, Prince George Co., VA, when William Eppes and wife Sarah of Westover Parish, Prince George, deeded "part of a tract belonging to Caesar Walpole, and by his will given to his children, Richard and Sarah Walpole, the latter the wife of William Eppes." (Virginia Magazine III, 398; Genealogies of Virginia Families From Tyler's Quarterly Historical and Genealogical Magazine, IV) Richard Walpole was listed with 625 acres on the Prince George Quit Rent list in 1704.

Eleanor m. 2 between 1718 and 12 Apr 1720, Prince George, Richard Tomlinson (Sr.), b. by 1693, VA; d. 18 Sep 1751, Albemarle Parish, Surry Co., VA. Elinor Walpole, administrator, presented the inventory and appraisal of Richard Walpole, in Prince George 16 Apr 1718; on 12 Apr 1720, Ellin, wife of Richard Tomlinson, relinquished her dower when Richard Tomlinson of Prince George deeded land south of Blackwater Swamp. Richard Tomlinson and Ellinor his wife, administrators of the Richard Walpole estate 9 Jan 1721. (Benjamin B.
