indicates that a Roland C Wallower (b. Jul 16, 1879) from Dauphin County PA was a student the Soldiers' Orphan Schools. His mother, Maggie Wallower of Harrisburg PA, placed him in the Industrial School on Jul 7 1885. The records indicate his father, Private Benjamin F. Wallower, (Company F, 3rd Regiment, US Army) was deceased
