Hi,
I have my Wallis line back to John Wallis b.abt 1790 Sussex, he married Sarah Farley b. 12 Dec 1790. Sarah's parents were John(b.12 Nov 1765) and Mary Oliver (b. Ticehurst)(married 7 Aug 1790).
John Wallis and Sarah Farley were married abt 1813.
Sarah had 2 sisters, Elizabeth (b.24 Dec 1791 m. Samuel Bourne 1817) and Ann (b.14 Oct 1801).
One of John and Sarah's children, John William Wallis (b c1815) married Sophia Hawkins (b 25 Sep 1817 Parish Burwash Sussex) (christened 26 Oct 1817 St Bartolomews Church Burwash). They were married 02 Dec 1835.
John and Sophia left England for Australia in 1839 on the "Neptune".
Sophia died 17 Jan 1857 Canningalla NSW.
I would love any more information as to this Wallis family line.
