John Piper, brother of William H. Piper m. Charlotte. They are not in your line. I believe that your line comes from John Walling who was from NY. He had a son, Charles, and grandchildren Silas, Phoebe, and Clark (see 1850 census for Orwell, Ashtabula Co.)who all were b. in NY. I suspect that my Lucy Walling's father was another John Walling but this one was b. in CT. We know that Lucy's parents were both b. in CT (1880 Census).
