Mrs Wilmerdine Walling, erstwhile proprietress of the"cider mill," an establishment conducted by the roadside east of Largo, where it is alleged anyone with the price might purchase pop bottles full of "Jersey Lightning" pleaded guilty to violating the liquor laws yesterday.
Mrs Walling did just what was expected of her when she sobbed before County Judge John U.Bird, who witheld sentence upon the woman's promising to sell her place and return to New Jersey whence she came.
The cider mill promoter removed her monkey in its cage, with the rest of her personal belongings from the jail and, throwing a kiss to those in the sheriff's office, departed.
