I Daniel Walling make this memorandum of a will I am now in bad health and it may be that I will not recover, and Should it please God to take me it is my Will and deser that my Just Debts should be paid out of my little property in the first place, and in the second place that the Balance of my little Estate (it being all personal) should be the property of Ann Major for to aid her and afsist in raising her child Charlott as she has rendered me many services I wish this to be hirs for the above mentioned purposes.
