Dear Donna,

I am searching for a John P./ ? T. "Wallin", sometimes a "g" was added, but Wallin correct, born about 1840, parents from England. He served in the Civil War. He had 2 sisters, Mary who married a "Christian" possibly from Cayuga County, NY & a sister Carrie M. Wallin, born ca. 1847.

He cared for his sister, Carrie, when she was 16, after the Civil War, then went to Iowa & she went to live with her sister, Mary Christian.

Are these names/situations familiar to you?

Sincerely,
Marilyn LeVeque
