Benjamin Waller from Spots.Co. VA is said to have moved to Fayette Co, TN. A fellow researcher did not find him on the 1840 census and he died 1849. His children: John B. Waller, Richmond L. Waller, Melville Mortimore Waller, Lucinda Waller, Frances P. Waller, Elizabeth M. Waller, Martha Waller I believe the sons all moved to Fayette Co. but I do not know about the daughters. Frances P. Waller married a Lewis, Elizabeth Waller married a Towles, Lucinda married a Parrott. I am not up to speed on this line and do not have my notes organized but I offer the info as I have it. Also, Curtis Waller (c1777-after Oct. 1850) a brother to Benjamin moved to Fayette Co.,TN. His children: Robert Benjamin Waller b. c1807, John Armistead Waller b. c1808, Henry Waller b.c1810, Lucy Waller, Martha Ann Waller, Edmond G. Waller b. c1817. Benjamin Waller and Curtis Waller were the children of Benjamin Waller (c1749-before Aug. 2, 1830) and Jean Curtis (c1745-Bef. 31 July 1826) of the Waller's Church/Partlow area of Spotsylvania Co., VA. Benjamin Waller (1749-1830) is not the Benjamin Waller who was a Williamsburg lawyer. Benjamin Waller (1749-1830) was the son of Edmund Waller (c1718-1771) and Mary Pendleton. Edmund Waller (c1718-1771) was the son of John Waller (1672/73-1754) first clerk of Spotsylvania Co, VA. This John Waller is sometimes called Col. John Waller.
