Hi -According to The Register of the Parish of Walton, Buckinghamshire 1598-1812 Mr. John Waller and Mrs. Mary Pomfrett of Newport Pagnell were md. January 13th 1669. This brings up another question. I had information that gave her name as Mary Pomfrett, and also Mary Kee. There is a debate about it. Was Kee the maiden name, since Mary was noted as Mrs. when she married John? I believe there were 2 John Wallers born within a year of each other. One was a doctor and one an attorney. I believe the Dr. John Waller who d. in England 1723 was the father of Colonel John Waller who came to Virginia. Somewhere I have read that Colonel Waller had a cousin in his house and her last name was Key - but will have to check more closely as Idon't remember whether it was his cousin or his wife's. I will be happy when this is verified about the Pomfrett name (or Key). Any help on this will be appreciated. Tina
