Your William Frederick Wallen Sr., was the son of Frederick J. and Mary Wallen.He had a younger brother, Raymond, born in 1909.
Frederick J. Wallen was born around 1886. He appears to be the son of another Frederick Wallen, born 1865, who is the son of another Frederick Wallen, who was a widower in 1880, at the age of 41, which would make him born in 1839, in England.He was a gas fitter.His children:
All these people lived in Albany, New York.
If this is correct, your Wallen origin would be of the English variety.
