My father EDWARD JOSEPH WALLEN had ancestorys in Ohio in 1820. He recently, had the male Y-dna test done on 25 markers. The test results are available on familytreedna.com . The test showed that he is genetically related to the Waldens who were in S. Carolina in the 1800s. Many of the Waldens then moved to Ga. He was also possible linked to the Melungeon. Have any of the Wallen/Wallin/Walling males been tested. Beverly Wallen Williams
