This is my Elisha Wallen family. I have tried to find his parents/siblings for a long time. Elisha was July 14, 1823 TN and wife, Sarah Jane was b. Aug 27, 1825 TN; died and bur. Sequoyah CO, OK. Family Bible says Elisha died during/around the time of the Civil War. He is no longer with the family in 1860. In 1860 Sarah and children are in Shoal Creek JO CO, AR census; in 1870 they are enumerated with the George W. Thompson family; and in 1880 she is still in the same area of Arkansas. The family remained in AR until after 1880, when they went into Indian Territory (OK) with the Palmer family.

I don't know Sarah Jane's maiden name; I don't know the Thurman's, either, but I have been searching.

Their children: Jane, Elisha, Ralph, William, Alfred Randolph (Dolf), Steven Dillard, James Bellamy, Sarah Elizabeth, and Martha.

Please let me know if we can share anything. Thank you. Bev
