This family is not Wallen, but clearly written as Welton in the 1870 census of Ozark P. O., Limestone Twp., Franklin Co., AR. In the 1860 census of Madison Co., AR, the t has also been crossed with a huge flourish and it could be interpreted as either Welton or Welten. Notify Administrator about this message?
