Hi gerald,

My research takes me back to you again...I just learned that Zach Adams is connected to my Wilburn line...Not surprising since Lewis Wilburn was also in Wilkes, NC c 1800 before he and his family moved on again..

The Wallen family is also allied with Wilburns....I am uncertain who Rutha Wallen is, but she would appear to be one of the Wallen descendants from the Long Hunter Wallen family.

Sure wish I could untangle these lines...someday, maybe?

Cheers,

Vikky Wilburn Anders in San Diego

ps. I know that a line of Jordans from VA settled into GA..descendants of Samuel Jordan of 'Diggs His Hundreds' later known as 'Jordan's Journey' located on Curles Neck..

Wish I could be more specific...Somewhere I have a book written by a scholar on the first 23 planations established before 1623 in VA...Samuel Jordan of the Sea-Venture was one of these men...Bill Jordan who is a key Jordan researcher is much more knowledgeable about this Jordan line..

Cheers,

Vikky
