I have posted an essay on my website which mentions Willie Wallen, a Prestonsburg lawyer during the 1905-1930 period. To read my essay, go to http://www.geocities.com/heartland/9999/FloydCountySlavery.html
I would like to learn more about Willie Wallen and his ancestors. I am also interested in Shelby Wallen, and as a member of the local SCV, I am interested in marking his grave with a new government monument.
