Linda, I don't think this will help but maybe you can help me. Our Wallen Family has been in Monticell, Ky, for over 200 years. We are listed in the book "Code of Arms"(???). Family tree something like this,
Eiv Wallen (he was one of 13 boys) married Mary Turner (she was believed to be full blooded cherokee indian) They had two children,
1. Willie Wallen
2. "Runt" Wallen ( no one sure of his real name)
1. Willie Wallen married Mary Abner,(it was believed that she was part cherokee indian)
they had four boys,
1a. Jessy Wallen
1b. Charles Wallen
1c. Jody Wallen
1d. Billie Wallen
1D. Billie Wallen ( my grand father) had six children
1. Steve Wallen
2. Billy Ray Wallen
3. Rickie Harrold Wallen
4. Donna Wallen ( Sord)
5. Jerrie Wallen
6. Robert L. Wallen ( my father)
It was believed that we had family of the cherokee indian whom went by the names "Two Heads" and "Yellow Flower". Do you have any information on any of these people???
