Thanks for responding again Betty.I'm not sure if our George's match up, that is part of the reason for my second posting.I have been talking to someone else who also answered my posting on him and there is some differences in our information.I am just trying to sort it all out and see if I can make positive connections with anyone who might have the same George(or Walter) who is my g-grandfather.Any living relatives today, didn't have a personal relationship with him, so I am mainly at this point useing what they have been told and refering back to his two marriage licences and death record which I have access to.Like I mentioned before he has listed certain ages on these two marriage licences and the birth dates don't come out to the same year. One marriage license dated Oct. of 1990 from Clare Co. Michigan, he claims to be 27, his father listed as Thomas Wallace and mother listed as May March and his birthplace listed as Genesee Co. Michigan. The second marriage license is dated Oct. 1929 is out of Gratiot Co. Michigan, he listed his age as 52. His birth place Michigan and his father as Thomas Wallace and mother as Elizabeth March. The death record from Gratiot Co. Michigan has him listed as being born on Dec. 13,1870-dieing in St. Louis, Michigan on Jan. 24, 1949, birth place-Owosso, Michigan and father & mother-unknown.Both marriage licenses list him as George Wallace and death record lists him as George Walter Wallace. Like I said, just trying to sort out information and trying to find someone who might be able to help.Take care,Sherry.
