John Wallace, of Chatham Co, Ga. d. 180
Does anyone know anything about John Wallace Esq. who was the British Vice Consul for Georgia (Chatham Co.) in very early Ga??He died in Savannah, Ga. in 1804.William Wallace was on the tax list for Chatham Co. in 1812-could this be his son?Also there was Robert C. Wallace who won land in Troup County, Ga. and he was from Chatham County.Was he a decendant of John, the British V. Consul?If anyone knows anything about these Wallace's I would really like to talk to you.
